Experience Ilocos

Travelling to Ilocos is by far one of the longest land trips I have ever experienced in my entire life but it's one of the countless trips I've made that left me wanting to travel more.  We left Metro Manila on a busy Friday night at around 10:00 pm as we expect to arrive in Ilocos at around 5:00 in the morning. We had our breakfast at the Hidden Garden and the Pork Tapa which costs Php 150 that I had satisfied my hunger for food overnight.  Our first stop is the Baluarte ni Chavit Singson at Vigan, Ilocos Sur. The most memorable experience that I had here is getting to see real life and preserved animals up close and personal. The entrance fee here was less than Php 100 since the tour that we were able to avail was at a promo price of Php 2000, exclusive of entrance fees from Triple 8.
