For the past few weeks, I have invested time in learning the skills in Pole Fitness. With Terra Nostra Dance studio's three times a week schedule, I could attend a maximum of two sessions per week because of the after session body pains. Yes, BODY PAINS. (I always have an ice pack with me after every session because the workout is painful :3) I couldn't forget my first pole class because when I woke up the next day, it was so difficult to move even just for a bit. Despite the body pains that pole fitness gave me, it made me learn how to manage my time and my body well.
