Pole Dancing 104: Random Tricks

Imahe
Sharing to you another pole fitness session of mine as a beginner. I was able to join the regular pole class then.       So this is just a short entry to show you random photos. Read more on my pole dancing experience as a beginner on my next post.

Pole Dancing 105: Outfits

Imahe
If you've noticed my previous blog entries on my pole fitness experience as a beginner, I usually wear a tight shirt and black shorts.  I wasn't confident back then on just wearing a sports bra and shorts so I was covered up.  But then there are tricks which are easier to perform if you have more skin exposed which would hold on to the pole. So, I had to. :3 The more skin exposed, the more chances are there for you to  get bruises right then and there. You could also get wounded here. That's the reason why I would rely on using an ice pack after the session because the key areas in your body will really turn out red after the class. I even stopped wearing shorts for a while whenever I go out with my family and friends because I don't want people to see my bruises from here. Anyways, the bruises will be there for around 2-3 days for my case.  To tell you honestly I always feel that my body is so tired and that I couldn't move anymore after every session

Pole Dancing 103: Transitions

Imahe
There are pole tricks that I could perform right away while there are others which would take me days to perfect. I was able to do this Super girl trick after two pole sessions of trying to do it. I have to arch my back more here though. :3 After the super girl, we had to do a transition to plank. A minute of planking takes like forever. Imagine doing planking up on the pole and staying there for about 5 -10 counts. Yes, planking also exists in pole dancing. I had to practice learning this trick over and over again since it's difficult to do so. Another transition that we did was doing the super girl then the scissors.     Right after the scissors, we did a transition to scissor plank. :3                                          And then to Daphne. My teacher taught me how to do another transition and the photo above is trick #1. This is trick #2 for the transition. I forgot the name of this trick. T.T

Pole Dancing 102: Beginner's Tricks

Imahe
For the past few weeks, I have invested time in learning the skills in Pole Fitness. With Terra Nostra Dance studio's three times a week schedule, I could attend a maximum of two sessions per week because of the after session body pains. Yes, BODY PAINS. (I always have an ice pack with me after every session because the workout is painful :3) I couldn't forget my first pole class because when I woke up the next day, it was so difficult to move even just for a bit. Despite the body pains that pole fitness gave me, it made me learn how to manage my time and my body well. Every week there's always a spot for my pole fitness classes so that I'm reminded that it's time to work out and have some fun. ^_^  I wouldn't forget about the time when I first thought about joining Pole Fitness Butuan. I remembered sharing to my friends about my plans and they told me not to pursue it but then I still decided to go for it and you know what, it has

DESIGN 03: SEASONS

Imahe
In the year 2014 I was given the opportunity to design sets of clothing for a collection per season. I attached herein my blog a scanned copy of the designs that I was able to create and submit. This was done through mixed media using markers, crayons and watercolor. So, I hope that you'd enjoy looking at my designs and perhaps you could comment on it. If you have any questions just ask me. Thank you! :) ♥
