Instant Travels to Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur

Imahe
My father is really into unplanned trips. While we were heading to San Frans for lunch, I thought that we will just go back to Butuan City after eating but to my surprise we did not head back as originally planned. <3 Since I was not prepared for this trip, I was not able to bring extra clothes for swimming so I did not have the chance to swim in the Enchanted River of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. There were a lot of people in the area so we did not get a space anymore. It was our family just visiting the place. haha!  We even had to hike from the parking area to the actual spot of the river! There are motor rides available for people who do not wish to walk from the parking area tho but we choose to walk since it was a shady area.  Well, I did not expect that we will visit the place on such short notice, but I do hope that I will get the chance to visit the place again and experience the wonders and calmness of the rivers. <3

Pole Dancing 109: Inverts

Imahe
Patience, determination and hardwork are three of the things that I have learned from the Pole Dancing classes at Dance Studio Terra Nostra, Butuan City.  There are times when I feel tired after work hours but I still choose to invest my time for pole dancing classes since our schedule is in the evening. Your strength is definitely affected if you have not slept properly a night before the class so that is why I always make sure that I was able to rest and sleep at least 8 hours a day. It's a waste to attend classes if you have no strength to withstand an hour of this, especially since this hobby is really costly.  These are the moments when I am beginning to get myself involved with inverts. It was difficult at first but I got used to doing it even if it makes me dizzy. Pole Dancing taught me to be patient because I definitely can not perform some tricks on my first attempt. There are tricks that my body has to perform that I still need to figure out h

Pole Dancing 108: Practice Makes Perfect

It's been two weeks since I have been attempting to pull off the Goldrush and Survivor tricks and finally it has been done! Again, in this section I will just share to you the tricks that I was able to pull off on that day.  (Goldrush) (Goldrush Variation) (Python Variation) (Candy) (Musicbox) (Survivor) Unfortunately, I got bruises after the class which lasted for a week. It was two inches big tho. I had to put a cold compress for it to heal. 3 So, this is me saying that pole dancing got me a lot of bruises, but it was indeed worth it to see how far I've gone with this fitness choice. You might wish to try out pole dancing but you definitely must have determination and passion to move from Day 1 to Progress. <3

Pole Dancing 107: Tricks before the inverts

Pole fitness was never easy but with consistency and determination it became a fun and addictive fitness choice.  I had a lot of fears like the fear of heights and the fear of falling but pole dancing pushed me to overcome that. It was all about making the most out of your strength, flexibility and confidence. Things that I never knew I had until I tried pole dancing.  colonthree emoticon I had a very productive session today at the Terra Nostra Dance studio as I tried to finish the last tricks before I do the inverts. This time I will just post the photos in this section of the tricks that I was able to accomplish!  (Getting started on the inverts)                 (Sparrowhawk- Back View) (Sparrowhawk-Front View) (Dangerous Bird) (Funky Monkey) (Hummingbird Variation) (Hummingbird)  After our class at the studio, my sisters pole and I went to Cafe Caliente to have our dinner and our spin class!  Ce
