February Weekend of Everything that flies

Who wouldn`t love looking at colorful images of hot air balloons with different shapes and sizes? With that, you could imagine yourself flying up in the air and looking at a beautiful aerial view. You could feel the wind and the early morning sun touching your skin. There you are relaxing and looking at the world in a different way.

Imagine how excited I was to finally get a chance to see hot air balloons that for me it will no longer be just an image and a part of my imagination. This chance made me remember what I presented a few years back when I applied for a Marketing Job at a retail company which was an event with mini hot air balloons.

I spent February 2017 in Clark, Pampanga to celebrate my 23 years of being alive. We had to travel from Bonifacio Global City at 11pm ,Friday night to Quezon City to catch our van for our most awaited February 2017 travel goals. It was 18 degrees in the morning.

We had to sit in the ground facing the view deck. The stars were bright and the area was a good place to gaze at the constellations while waiting for the show to start. Two hours of sleep for me to experience the festival.

Who would have thought that flying a hot air balloon was complicated as you have to consider factors such as the wind and the weather with calculations included. The Hot Air Balloon Festival exceeded my expectations because it was then that I saw people enjoying sky diving and paragliding. I've only expected to see hot air balloons.

Up and away they go!

Aside from the show, there were food stands in the area and you could also purchase souvenirs like a mini hot air balloon to take home :D This trip costs Php 1000 which is inclusive of the Hot Air Balloon Festival, Nayong Pilipino, Sky Ranch and Duty Free plus transportation :D

So here we are conquering our 2017 travel goals :D `til our next adventure!
